We want you to feel confident shopping with Empower. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only available for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Faulty products

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Partially consumed items
  • Products purchased more than 14 days ago

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Our team will review this and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you purchase a subscription product from Empower, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before your next billing date.
You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting our support team.
Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be refunded.
